The Foundation is actively involved in many initiatives for the betterment of humankind, including:
WHECRF initiative for the advancement of medical education represents an intersection of medicine and technology and the future of healthcare. The Foundation has developed an application to help aspiring doctors prepare for medical exams like NEET (National Eligibility cum Entrance Test-Under Graduate) and USMLE (United States Medical Licensing Examination). Another application for the collection of data about various diseases, statistical analysis of that data and development of cure is also active while one hospital management software is under active development.
WHECRF is primarily involved in Research in the field of Epidemiology, Microbiology, and Biochemistry backed by studies, medical statistics and analysis, and laboratory research. The Foundation works with the belief that “Epidemiological surveys are our best weapon to fight disease.” Medical Research in the field of Epidemiology always helps to find new ways for diagnosis, management, and cure of various diseases.
To ensure medical care for people with limited means and people living in remote areas, WHECRF organizes free healthcare and awareness camps to provide free medical care services and treatment, make people aware about preventive measures, and build a healthier society. The Foundation also provides financial help to needy patients in the associated hospitals across the country.
