Lincoln American University (LAU) has always been striving to produce future doctors who have the knowledge and skills to serve society with excellence.

In a historic event, on March 30, 2025, LAU saw the much anticipated Convocation ceremony for the Batch of 2025. Overall the event was a grand success, and it was a sign that our students have gone from aspired medical graduates to confident healthcare professionals.

The ceremony was conducted and graced with the presence of Hon. Brigadier Mark Phillips, Prime Minister of Guyana; H.E. Dr. Amit S. Telang, Indian High Commissioner to Guyana and Hon. Vice Chancellor of LAU, Air Marshal (Dr) Pawan Kapoor. AVSM, VSM BAR (Retd). The esteemed dignitaries gave their insightful speeches, remonstrating our graduates to take their medical career seriously with dedication, compassion and professionalism.

The convocation had more than 300 students participating in the celebration of their journey with cap toss moments, award distribution and emotional discussions with their mentors. As they moved into the world as medical professionals, the entire LAU student community came together to honor their achievements in celebrating the completion of the degree.
